Language Barrier

First of all, how you pronounce this Akhaltsikhe?...this Davit Aghmashenebelis Moedani?...this Grishashvilis qucha?...and this Gvetadze? The city starts with A? The Davit A square? The G-street? The G- homestay? This is how we tell whenever we come across these bizarre names, in here – Georgia.

Don’t get me wrong.

I never see languages as a barrier in traveling. The languages change so fast from one country to another and it is not possible(or should I say necessary) to learn it beforehand. But I never deny that by speaking a local language would make your trip totally different. Sharing dissimilar language seems unlikely to deter one from trying to communicate.
